Initially, bamboo plants are planted during the spring season when the weather is suitable for their growth. After a few months, in the autumn season, individuals start harvesting the fully grown bamboo. The third step is cutting the harvested bamboo into thin strips. After that, these strips are crushed using a machine called a crusher to produce a soft liquid pulp.
Subsequently, the pulp is filtered to separate long fibres from the liquid. Then, water and amine oxide are added to soften the fibres. In the seventh step, the soft fibres are converted into yarn through spinning. After spinning, the yarn is woven into fabric. Finally, this fabric is used to make ready-made garments such as shirts, socks, and other bamboo-based clothing items.
