The line graph gives information about what proportion of five varieties of electronic items in the UK between 1997 and 2001. Units are measured in percentage.
Overall, what stands out from the chart is that there were considerable upward trends for CD player, telephone, camper, internet, and DVD player over a given period.
To begin with, figures for CD player and Camputer were identical at roughly 80% in 2001. The trend for telephone remained unchanged at 20% for a year. Then, it was increased dramatically for another 3 years.
On the other hand, there was a slight rise in the percentage of Internet at around 20% in 1998. After that, it was a gradual increase to 60% from 1999 to 2001. Having declined from just under 30% to just over 10% between 1997 and 1998, the percentage of DVD player then increased dramatically for another 3 years.
