Hope your doing great , I am writing this letter to you to apolgize for spilling my beverage on your laptop while using it for my class presentation and damaging it .

I fully take responsibilty of my carelessness of damaging your laptop and foolishly spilling my coffee on it while editing my presentation , You trusted me with your electronic and I regert breaking and damaging your electronic.

I would like to take accountablity and rectify this situation by providing the funds required for to rectify the damage or offering the amount needed for a replacement , I would also like to add a warranty plan and protective gear needed to prevent situations similar like this as bonus from my side to make up for all the trouble and uncessary incovience I caused , Do let me know how you plan to move forward with situation .
