In the year 2006,the Lynwich College comprises of two college buildings with many trees around them and path between them leading to library,On the one side of library there is car parking beside the road while on the other side there is large sports field.
Over time the Institude has undergone with some renovations includes the car parking been split to add place for bike storage, next to it sports centre is build in place of library while it is now shifted to empty field of trees between the two college building.Sports field remain in the same place with small area cutted for the sports centre.Another big improvement is the building of Cafeteria in the center of the college,from it there is connected pathway to all places including the new area called bus stop.
