He recently got that job as a supervisor, and there were a couple of other people who were also up for the job. It was a difficult decision for him because he didn't identify with the company culture and the family atmosphere. So he decided, a couple of months ago, to move back to his hometown and buy an apartment. I think it was a good decision for him because nowadays, he spends a lot of time with his family and attends meetings in the office. He can focus on work and I think this is a good balance. He's off work on the weekends and can spend time with his family. He's able to balance his personal life and professional life. If you talk about his personality, he's tall, handsome, and looks like a gentleman. I think it was a really good decision for him.
