In today's world of advanced science and technology, people tend to read news and access the latest information on the internet rather than on TV due to various reasons. One key factor is the convenience and speed that social media offers. People can access the latest information on various aspects, ranging from politics, education, and medicine, just with a good internet connection. They don't need to go outside to purchase a newspaper or wait for a specific news program on TV.
