Oh, well, there are lots of difficulties for commuters during rush hour. For example, we need to deal with the hot weather because in Ho Chi Minh City, the rush hours usually take place in the midday, where people want to travel to eat lunch or take their kids back to school. And the traveling system at that moment is really chaotic. So if they get stuck in a traffic congestion, they need to face the boiling temperatures. On top of that, we need to deal with, like, if you are in a rush situation, like, you need to go to school or go to work quickly, because your working hours are about to start.
