Let me tell you about a pastime activity that I enjoy most: going to the gym, which I have been doing for two years. I started it because I have a friend who is a professional gym-goer. It was him who encouraged me to try, and thanks to him, I can have a nice body like I do now. I always go to the gym near my office every day after work because it's a time I am free and also the time I need to unwind after a stressful day at work. However, on Sunday, I take the day off because my body needs to rest and my muscles need to recover from intense training. In terms of the benefits I've received from this hobby, I would say it's the best way to gain a well-shaped body. Besides that, it gives me a chance to enhance my physical health as well as to avoid some mental issues like depression or stress. There are even more reasons for me to love this pastime activity. Firstly, it definitely gives me good physical fitness.
