The car theft crimes were approximately 2800 incidents in 2003, which decreased to almost 2000 incidents in 2006. This figure then experienced a steady increase and reached to around 2700 incidents in 2012, with a small dip in 2011 at 2500 incidents.
The robberies recorded in 2003 were about 600 incidents, being the lowest than any of the other crimes. The number of incidents then decreased to 500 in 2008, after which it experienced a fluctuation until the end of the period.
