The bar chart illustrates the consumption of coffee around four countries, namely Brazil, Colombia, Indonesia and Vietnam, during 20 years tendency (from 1990 to 2010).
Overall, it is clear that, in terms of all individual countries, they followed a similar trend over the entire period, with the exception of Colombia. They followed a downward trend over the entire period, from 0.6 million in 1990 to just below 0.4 million in 2010, approximately 0.2 millions of tons were wasted by Colombia.
In terms of, the number of three countries’ coffee consumption were same, in addition they followed same upward trend, especially between 1995 and 2010. There was a considerable rose in the number of Brazil’s coffee consumption, which stood at nearly 0.8 million in 1990, whereas increased at 1.6 million in 2000.
Similarly, Indonesia and Vietnam’s coffee production were remain stable during the two-five period (from 1990 to 1995). In the following year, both of them grew moderately, Indonesia from just below 0.2 million in 1990 to 0.4 million in 2010, Vietnam, from roughly zero to 0.4 million in during the same years as above.
