People believe that has their own apartment could be a good investment. For the reason that they could rent the apartment at higher price and get more advantages. Furthermore, if they want to keep for their own, there are a lot of priveleges such as a swimming pool, gym, park, and so on. As we know all of those priveleges it is hard to find if you living in your own house, it is not that easy to build a swimming pool inside your house. Nevertheless, having our own house for some people it might be called an achievement. Due the fact that, buying a house is a big decision, you have to prepare for everything that could happen in the future.
In addition, some people choose to live in apartments because they are living alone, and it is better to live in a narrow place, as long as you feel enough and grateful. On the other hand, most big families chose to live in house. As we know, if we have member of family more than four people, it is hard to live in a narrow place like an apartment. if you still chose apartment, you have to pick the most expensive one, which is bigger than the usual apartment.
In my opinion, despite the drawbacks, I prefer owning my own house. The fact that, we do not always use a lift because I really hate lifts makes me dizzy. Furthermore, I have a big family, so the apartment can not suit me well. It is hard to find the cheapest and widest one, I do not even have a big budget for accommodation.
Overall, back to their own needs, and it always has challenges. It depends how you can manage your life.
