Yes, absolutely. In the past, our ancestors had a lot of activities in their daily lives. For example, they worked in agriculture and also did household chores in their free time. Nowadays, some people spend too much time in wasteful activities. They watch too much TV and spend their time online on social media, watching unnecessary videos. As I said before, we now have more free time than in the past.
