Today, many people enjoy to live in a house while others prefer to live in a flat. This essay will discuss the benefits and drawbacks of this case.

People living in a house can be advantageous in several aspects. The most important one might be that it could assist their privacy as they do not have any neighbours in their place to share some areas like staircases or Further more having a desirable garden could be a marked characteristic for individuals being interested in gardening and or providing a sufficient play area for their offspring and pets.

However,the drawbacks of living in a house is that since the house is private, the surrounding neighbors will not be very friendly. Because of that it will have few friends. Moreover houses don’t have the same security as apartments. As a result, robberies often occur. In addition, Nowadays, land is very expensive. It is very difficult to build a house of your own. Instead of living in a house, you can live in apartments cheaply and safely.

To conclude, by living a house, you can be private with your family. On the other hand, The price is too high and you have to live alone without friends.

Nowadays, there is an increase in social problems including teenagers. Many people think that it is because parents spend more time at work and less time with children. Do you agree or disagree?
