Dear Sir,

I am writing to seek help for finding a mobile phone that I accidentally left in a train while traveling from Kathmandu to Pokhara last Sunday. I booked a private deluxe cabin 305 and traveled the 3 hours journey feeling quite comfortable and also was overwhelmed by your company’s hospitality. However, upon arrival to the destination, I was shocked that the phone that I had just bought 3 days ago was lost.

I am truly disappointed that I was not able to handle my personal belongings with due care and attention. It was an iPhone 16 Pro Max, an expensive brand of the Apple series. As far as I remember, I believe that I had left the device on the mobile slot which was designed to accommodate these items.

In light of these circumstances, I would kindly request you to help me find the phone. I would be extremely grateful if you consider the matter urgent and understand the considerable inconvenience caused by the mishaps.
