Well, one book that had a considerable impact on my life is The Mountain is You by Brianna West. In the past, I tended to read only fantasy books, and those psychological ones never interested me. However, unfortunately, I was severely bullied by my classmates in 2020. It was a pandemic year, and I struggled with depression, anxiety, and mental health issues at that time. One night, I came across a YouTube channel, The Wizard Lease, and the video was titled How to Be Confident. Her suggestions were incredibly helpful for me, and she recommended this book because it helped her overcome the same troubles and mental health problems. I was very intrigued by the title of this book, The Mountain is You. This book is mainly about how to regain self-esteem, how to build a relationship with yourself, and it includes a lot of practical exercises that were incredibly helpful for me. On top of that, it also helped me rebuild my relationship with myself and my confidence. Nowadays, if I had to recommend one book, I would 100% recommend this book by Brianna West. Additionally, I really want to meet this author and show my gratitude for her work.
