The given line graph illustrates amount of enquires requires from the Tourist Information Office by travelers by letter, by telephone or in person from one city during 6 month in 2011.

Overall, it is clear that , over the six-month thesse three catigories changed their position , in person and by telephone are experienced some increases while, by letter decreased over the period.

To begin with, on January in telephone was 900 and after one month slightly decreased and afterwhile increased rapidly and on June it was 1600 , However, in person was about 400 at the begining and on March it overtook by telephone then rised sharply until 1900 and become the most recieved at the end of the period.

In contrast, by email at first was around 800 and 600 and slightly droped and on March become less than 400 and untill the period maintained the same lavel and at the end by letter was the least used way of enquirment.
