It starts by mixing chemistry or collecting the uses glass production and finishes by wrapping in glass containers or moulding into new products.
At the beginning of the glass producing process, Ingredients including sand, soda ash, limestone and other chemicals are mixed. After that, the mixture above is melted to approximately 1500o C in glass furnace. Then, the molten glass are formed by blowing, which made a diverse shape of glass. At the end, the glass containers are manufactured, and company has the completed glass production.
Whereas there are 4 stages in glass production, the process of glass recycling has more one steps. At the beginning, all used glass are collected to the factory and then, the mixed color of glass are divided into the same color. Following this stage, all the used glass production are crushed and heated to a certain temperature. Finally, glass are moulded to create new products.
