Well, honestly speaking, there's one guilty pleasure that I can't help. I mean, it's just incredibly wasteful. I know it, but I can't just give it up. That would definitely be browsing on social media. You know, the biggest time wasters right now in my life are Instagram, YouTube, and Telegram. I don't know why. I guess it may be because it helps me relieve stress. I think it's more like a means of relaxation for me because whenever I browse on these social networking sites, I kind of feel relieved. At least I forget about my daily stresses. But I know it's not a good way to start or end the day. But it's become a habit for me to check my phone first thing in the morning and the last thing in the evening before I go to bed. I know it doesn't give me an energy boost; it doesn't keep me energized for the day, but like I said, it's incredibly addictive. It literally takes up every minute of my free time. To be honest with you, it even takes up my study or work time. So, instead of working or studying, sometimes I would be scrolling on social media. Like I said, it's definitely one of my biggest guilty pleasures. But what can I do? I mean, it's because it's so incredibly addictive. I can't get enough of it. Once I start scrolling, I can't help but keep scrolling down. I know it's a really, really unhealthy habit, and I'm trying my best to break this habit. But I guess because I carry my phone with me everywhere I go, it's just difficult to get rid of this habit. I don't think it's going to go away forever. I might cut down on social media use eventually, but I think I'm not giving up social media for good because I think I need it for my work. I need it for my studies, and I also need it for entertainment. So I guess I just need to find a way to balance my use of social media with other aspects of my life so that social media doesn't take over my whole life and become the only way I spend my free time.
