The diagram highlights the process by which ethanol fuel is produced from corn.
Overall, it is evident that this process involves in total eight stages, using various machineries in each step.
First and forecast, corn is required to produce ethanol fuel, which is stored in warehouse and ground then. Once, corn has been milled, it is prepared in a special machine then filled with water, which step takes exactly four hours. After a cooking stage, crop should be fermented for two days. During this phase, the liquid, and solid by product is separated properly.
The next step is cleansing of the ethanol which requires five hours. After that, the finished product is stored, and loaded then onto lorries, which take the ethanol fuel to gas station.
