The diagram gives information about the process of milk production.
Overall, the process consists of several steps, including three main stages, starting from the initial preparation of raw materials, followed by refining, and finally the finishing stage. The process is a complex one which requires both much time and equipment.
The diagram shows that, for milk production, firstly, cows graze until they are satiated so that they can provide enough milk. Satisfied cows are brought to cattle cages where milking machines take out milk from cows twice a day. Refrigerated storages are filled with fresh milk and then placed in a milk tanker which delivers the product daily to the Dairy.
When milk comes to the Dairy, it is reprocessed and filtered by many machines. One set of machines directs milk to apparatus where different kinds of products are prepared, such as cheese, cream, and butter, while another part purifies and filters the fresh milk. Pasteurized milk goes to the packaging department from where the ready products are distributed to supermarkets and shops.
