The pictures illustrate the process of making tomato ketchup.
From an overall perspective, it can be seen that there are ten main stages, starting from picking up the tomatoes, sorting, delivering, removing, crushing, adding ingredients, boiling, labeling, checking, and ending with sending them to the supermarket. It’s a linear man-made process.
The first step is to begin with picking the mature tomatoes from their plants and sorting them to ensure whether they are good or bad then delivering good potatoes to the factory. Once those get into the factory, after removing external parts (stalk, skin) and internal parts (seeds) put them into the container to get tomatoes liquid by crushing. Add sugar, vinegar, and salt into the liquid and boil it for two hours.
After boiling, it will become a soft solid structure ketchup is then poured into the glass bottle to give a label. Before packing them into a box, check the quality and transfer the boxes to the supermarket. After all these steps, ketchup can be enjoyed favorably with hamburgers and fries.
