Dear Residents,

I hope this letter fines you well, I am writing to inform you about the upcoming community clean up event at the hyde park. We would like to invite you to join us.

The event will be held on Sunday, November 1st, start at 9.00 am. So, On that day we will clean up all the trash, remove and trim overgrown plants.

Please bling gloves, rubbish bags, and small garden tools you may have. we will provide a bottled water and snacks for all volunteers. I think we would take time around three hours. Thus, do not forget to wear hat and safety shoes because on the day of the event, the temperature is quite high.

Your participation will make a wonderful garden for our community. If you would like to join us, please confirm and reply this letter to green@gmail.com.
