For this project I spent a lot of weeks researching on the impacts of social media on communication. Additionally, I practiced my project multiple times in front of my friends. This preparation helped me feel more confident on the actual day. On the day of the presentation I received positive feedback from my professor. I realized that if I really want I can manage my anxiety effectively. This experience taught me that I could overcome my fears of public speaking. Before this experience, performing in front of a large audience filled me with dread. I prayed for myself. This experience taught me to stay out of my comfort zone. Because comfort zone was the important problem for me. I learned many things from this experience.
