So, I want to share one language I've learned is Mandarin, which is also called Putonghua. The time when I learned this language is from my primary school. So why I want to learn this language is because I feel as a Hong Kong student, I feel that Hong Kong is more likely to get in touch with Chinese citizens. Chinese citizens, their mother language is Mandarin. So I think this is a way for me to easily communicate with them. So when I want to learn this language, I first use watching the Chinese TV dramas and those TV series are quite interesting and fascinating, attracting me to be more willing to learn what is Mandarin. So in school, I will still have different Putonghua lessons, and those mandatory lessons are quite teaching me a lot of, for example, the pronunciation and the words and how they are pronounced rules, such as like that. So I think learning this language is quite interesting and for me I think this language is quite useful especially just I tell is I'm a Hong Kong citizen and when I have to get in touch with Chinese citizens I think they will feel more respectful if I can speak a fluent Mandarin, something like that.
