Overall, in the 1990 to 1995 period, some cities experienced a negative change of pricing, while moving from 1996 to 2002, only Tokyo (Japan) stayed in the negative change and other cities underwent a positive change.
Starting with the period of 1990 to 1995, both Tokyo and London started on the same percentage above -5%, approximately -7%. New York started on exactly -5%. The remaining cities, Frankfurt and Madrid, began with a positive percentage change below 5%.
Continuing from 1996 to 2002, London’s percentage grew significantly until around 11 to 12%, followed by New York which rocketed to 5% and lastly continued by Madrid. While for Tokyo, it went through a slight increase. However, Frankfurt went through a slight decrease compared to 1990 to 1995.
