Cultural values and beliefs have a significant impact on the socities. Many people believes that there is no cultural difference in recent generation as compared to the past. Primary reason behind this trend is advancement in technology and migration of people around the countries. It comes up with a numerous advantages such as unity across the globe to promote a cultural diversity. I will discuss these statements in upcoming paragraphs.

All staff members create a strong unity and positive workplace by respecting each others. In past, people were facing racism due to different cultral roots and beliefs. However, this trend has been gone which allows individuals to work in peaceful environment with full supports from organisation. For instance, In the past company hired only native people for workplace so it was a big challeneges for people who belongs to outside of the community.
