The table shown depicts the forecast of costings in American dollars over the next five years for environmental projects for sustainable forestry, with the diagram provides the expected expenditure breakdown allocation for the first year. The projects will be held in three distinct locations: West Africa, Central America, and South-east Asia. The expenditure is categorized into set-up costs, salaries, training, and office expenses.
Overall, it is clear that South-east Asia has the most costings and West Africa is the opposite, yet both are forseen to experience fluctuation.
The fluctuation in West Africa will lead to a downward trend, while Southeast Asia will have an upward trend. It is projected that those region will end with a striking difference of 3.5 million dollars and 50 million dollars respectively. Interestingly, Central America shows a peculiar pattern, which is a fall and then levelled off with one-tenth of the South-east Asia spendings at the end of the period.
In addition, half of those will be allocated for set-up cost and approximately one-third for the employees salaries. The rest is halved for the two last spendings.
