Today we are living in a world in which we need to be sensitive with urgent social changes including the way how we work. More than ever, people prefer to work independently and freely. According to a survey, nowadays, more people than ever tend to choose alternatives for working in a company or an organization, which was previously a mandatory for making a living, such as launching start ups and being an entrepreneur. Such small sized businesses creates a number of self – employment in the society.
This trend could have a negative impact on the social responsibilities that could be taken by a group of people in an organized ways as a company or an organization. For instance, the response of an individual on social challenges such as environmental degradation or climate change would be minuscule compared to the steps that company could take, creating many ineffective small steps towards such problems. In this regard, working alone would be less impactful with regard to bigger issues that we have faced today.
