The graphs illustrate and compare the number of casualties and the amount of medical research funding in Someland in 1990.
Overall, in most cases the amount of medical research funding had a direct relationship with the number of casualties, in the sense that more research funding resulted in less deaths due to illness.
Evidently, Aids had the highest amount of medical research funding amongst all, nearly 180 millions, followed by Leprosy and tropical diseases, about 80 millions each. On the contrary, it was Leprosy that has the lowest number of deaths amongst all with almost 100 thousand casualties. Aids and tropical diseases came in next with around 200 thousand and 300 thousand death cases, respectively. Diarrhoea came in fourth regarding the research budget with over 50 millions, while it took nearly half a million lives in 1990, and came in second regarding the number of lives it took. Lastly, TB had the negligible funding of around 20 millions and expectantly demonstrated the highest number of decease, not much less than 2 millions in Someland in 1990.
