The maps illustrate the developments that have taken place in the museum between 1998 and 2008. Overall, the area has undergone significant modernization, becoming more visitor-friendly and better equipped. The most notable changes include the construction of a restaurant and the expansion of the garden with the introduction of fountains.
In 1998, the museum consisted of permanent exhibition rooms on the left- and right-hand sides, a temporary exhibition room, and a shop and WC situated just below it. The garden is in the center, the cafe is located just above it, and the entrance/exit area is occupied below it.
In 2008, the museum had been converted into a more modern and accessible facility. The northwestern part had seen the most considerable redevelopment, with the addition of a restaurant on the top left-hand corner. The shop, bags, and coats area had been relocated to the left side, while the cafe beside the WC and the location of the garden remained unchanged. It is also clear that a cafe sitting area and fountains had been introduced to the garden area, which had made it more beautiful and attracted many visitors.
