Money is an important source to meet the basic needs of human beings. Some individuals believe that to offer security to the family, one should select a profession on the basis of earning it provide to them. From my perspective, money is not only the factor while choosing job, but others determinants namely full-time position and pleasent work enviornment is also vital.
However, to meet household expenses such as grocery bills, utility payments and medical expenditure, one need stable financial source, which only get by performing a job. Without money, it is hard to meet daily needs. So, money is prominent while choosing a career to fulfill family responsibilities by an individual.
On the other hand, there are other factors which should be considerd while opting a particular postion, such as stable job opportunity and cooperative work environment. If a person has a job but it is a short term or seasonal work, in that situation it become difficult for a person to meet desires of family members, because of unstable source of income, as they work for a particular time and after completion of term they have nothing to do. This will worse their predicament in future.
In addition to this, having a cooperative work place also essential to while grabbing any job position. Good environment not only increases individuals productivity but also motivate them to work more. To illustrate, when atmosphere at work is tensed, no one can work for a long period of time. As a consequence, it will lead to resignation due to unnecessary work pressure.
To conclude, although money plays a crucial role while choosing a career, but i I believe that job stability and work environment are also important.
