I think nowadays more people open their own business because of a strong desire to be independent. If people just work for a company, they don't make their own decisions and are not independent. However, if people have their own business, they will be more independent and make their own decisions. It gives them a sense of freedom, and running their own business can also offer flexible hours. For example, they can go to their office anytime or they can work from their homes.
