I HOPE YOU ARE GREAT TODAY, I AM WRITING TO APOLOGIZE ABOUT A SCRATCH I NOTICED ON THE SIDE OF YOUR CAR WHEN I RETURNED IT. I AM REALLY SORRY ABOUT THIS AND WANTED LET YOU KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

I HAD THE CAR FOR THE DAY AND PARKED IT IN USUAL PLACE, AND NOTHING UNUSUAL HAPPENED THAT I NOTICED AT THE TIME. HOWEVER, WHEN I BROUGHT IT BACK, I SAW THE SCRATCH AND REALIZED IT MAY HAVE HAPPENED WHILE THE CAR WAS IN MY CARE, EVEN THOUGH I CAN NOT SAY FOR CERTAIN HOW OR WHEN IT OCCURED.
