I would like to talk about one problem I had while shopping online. One day, I bought new clothes and a smartphone, but when they arrived at my house, I found that the smartphone and clothes were not good. The clothes were white, but I wanted yellow, and I didn't like this situation. All of my smartphones didn't work well. I didn't understand this issue, and I reported it regarding my problems. But they didn't know why, and I was afraid of some situations because I had spent more money, but they didn't help me. I felt very bad about this event, but I didn't give up because it affected my mood. I didn't receive the information I needed about the smartphone and clothes. Why were the clothes white and black? I wanted yellow, but they didn't provide that. The smartphone was slow, and the screen had a weird smell. I didn't receive a reply to my concerns.
