It can be eeen that around 4,000 million species had extincted in 2000 and continued to increase by the next year with 10,000 milion. By 2040, it is predicted that the figure will double compared to 20 years ago, with 20,000 milion species. On the other hand, the number of endangered species is expected to increase sharply, reaching its peak at 10,000 milion in twenty years later and faling down by the 2080 and 2100, ranging around 40.000 milion and 30.000 milion species.

Concerning the threats to plant life. Natural events account for a small proportion compare to other category, with 18,7 percent in total, ranging between 5 percent to 11 percent. However, over three quarter of extinction are caused by human activities, with 81,3 percent in total, ranging between 18 percent to 4 percent, while agriculture occupie around 18,7 percent compare to other activities.
