Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to arrange a guided tour of your historical site for a group of my colleagues. We are planning a weekend trip and would like to visit the site on Saturday, 20 April, at around 10:00 a.m., if this time is convenient.

There will be about 15 people in our group. As many of us are interested in history, we would particularly appreciate a tour that focuses on the main historical buildings, the museum section, and any important archaeological areas. It would also be helpful if the guide could explain the historical background and cultural significance of the site.

Please let me know if this arrangement is possible and inform us about any entry fees or booking requirements in advance.
