Dear Building Manager,

I am writing to bring to your attention that the elevator in our building has not been working for the past two weeks.

This situation has caused significant inconvenience. I am unable to get groceries easily, and I often struggle to reach my office on time. In addition, my grandparents, who live with me, are unable to leave the building at because of to the lack of elevator access.

I have already spoken to both the landlord and the maintenance staff about this issue, but so far, no solution has been provided.

I kindly request that you personally look into this matter and arrange for the elevator to be repaired as soon as possible. Your prompt attention would be greatly appreciated.
