I am writing to complain about the poor service I recently experienced at your restaurant. Firstly, I would like to mention that the food was served very late, which was mainly due to the lack of organization and attentiveness among the staff. As a result, I had to wait for more than an hour just to receive my dessert.
Secondly, I would also like to point out that the quality of my main dishes was far below my expectations, I ordered the salted egg creamy salmon, but it was too sour, while the dessert, which was the banana banacosta, was excessively sweet.
In addition, I would appreciate it if you could look into these matters and take appropriate actions, as this could help to improve the customers’ experience and contribute to the restaurant’s reputation
