Yes, many people find it difficult to make a decision in a short time. The major problem people face with this specific difficulty is due to overthinking. I believe that overthinking a specific problem makes it hard for people to make a decision because when you are overthinking, you are looking for the pros and cons. You spend more time on the cons, and then you think about the advantages of that option. You waste your time, and similarly, it's hard for you to make decisions for the best practice. You should stop overthinking and investigate or research more about the topic, related articles on the internet, or opinions from people.
