Overall, the figures for whole Brown and White bread witnessed an upward trend, which is similar to the price of Rye with a minor increase. Remarakably, that of Whole Grain experienced some fluctuations but still remained the same price at the end of the period shown.

Initially, the price of Wholegrain bread was the highest figure; it began the period at 0.8 USD per 800 grams, before increasing to 1.8 USD in the next year, and gradually decreasing and ending at 0.8 USD in 2005. In contrast, the figure for Brown bread started at 0.6 USD for each 800 grams, then it significantly rose to about 1.5 USD in 2002, before steadily experiencing some fluctuations and stopping at 1.6 USD.
