Today I would like to describe something healthy that I doing in my life and this one is relevant to my health is a morning walk. I get up early in the morning and go to the walk, go for walk in my nearest park in which I feel the fresh air and also greenery give me more relaxation after a long boring night. I do most of this exercise only but sometime I go with my friends or family in the park and doing some exercise and also some other activities. I feel that this habit is good for health because if a person do not go for walk in any day of the week you feel your health stamina is not boost and your mind also disturbing with other activities of the whole day. After doing this exercise I feel very player because Because when I come back to doing the exercise I feel relaxed and mentally charged. I do most of my school work very well and also achieve my desire goal with the help of morning walk. Because if we are doing morning walk, your body has also boost with some other stamina. And I think so. This is a good way to improve your body health and also mentally prepared for doing the exercise. I feel very happy because this routine has changed my lot of things like after before I am going to exercise I feel very boring and my body health my body situation is not very well and at that time I am a fit person and I am not included in other diseases. Thank you.
