I am writing this letter to ask your contribution to my friend’s birthday party which will be held on this sunday. I have plans to make that event in the restaurant with the small decoration, dinnner and live music. Only close friend and a maximum of 50 people will be in attendance.

I have made arrangements for booking restaurant and live music but I encountered difficulties finding decoration because there was fully booked that day. I realized I organized this event in the last minute. I hope you can help me with this, as my friend, whose birthday we are celebrating, has always been an important part of my life. I want to express my gratitude for everything she has done for me.

I would greatly appreciate your help in finding any decorations, especially floral arrangements in her favorite colors, which are mixed green and pink. I hope to receive your final response by late Tuesday during our online meeting.
