From my experience, the seatback was overthinking and insecure. First of all, I spent my day just like a normal activity. It was nothing happened with me, everything was fine. But suddenly, in the middle of the day, I felt uncomfortable, anxiety, confusing, and I didn’t know what happened with me. I realized that I got overthinking and insecure in the same time. a day I felt under pressure with my job and I don’t want to talk with new people, I don’t want to meet with somebody. I prefer to spend my time by myself. However, I couldn’t stay by myself because it was so terrible so I tried my best to make feel more better therefore I prefer listen to instrumental music and then it really helped me to relax and I take a long break to make sure everything was fine on me. If I feel much better I’ll talk with my friend and explain everything and one of them helped me a lot. They support me and he gave me motivation to make me feel uncomfortable. So from my experience I was thinking like just be myself and do everything and do whatever you do don’t think too much and don’t be scared.
