What’s going on? I hope you are well. I wanted to let you know I feel comfortablelovely at my new accommodation, I just randomly saw in Tiktok with Aulia. We are interested, like a couple days ago we went to the accommodation tofor survey and ask about the room, the environment, and the facilities. Aalso, whether there is good landlord or bad landlord. It was incredible accommodation, we were shocked because the room is huge, includes water heater in addition to a google tv. It was more enormous thaen my old accommodation and the prices was quite inexpensive including everything all include except power.
I wanted to write to you about why I decided to move from my old accommodation. Tthe first reason is the rules of my old accommodation wereas extremely strict. Such as every two weeks they change your bed sheets, but they check and if you have a stain then they will give you a financial punishment.
The other reason is if you want to move your stuff to move to another accommodation the landlord cannot accept courier to come and collect your stuff, even if you stay at level four, they don’t care about your condition. For instance, one week ago I had a friends who wanteds to move her stuff to level one, they have a lot of stuff so she neededit will be need someone to collect hertheir stuff but the landlord and maintenance person doesn’t want to approve their entryd. It was annoying for the tenant, so most people were uncomfortable about the rules.
My favourite things at my new accommodations are the extra storage space and more arearoom in my room and my google tv has more applications then last my accommodation’s Google TV. I can put all my stuff in its own tidy place, also I have a huge mirror I can see all my body, and I can pick and outfit for the day. I am fully unpacked and settled in.
In conclusion you need to prepare, check the accommodation you need and make sure its good for you and your habits. Also remember you should check whether the landlord accepts courier.
