Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the English language course I have been attending at your school, as I have encountered several serious issues regarding both the teaching quality and the classroom environment.
I have been enrolled in the course for approximately three months, during which time I expected a professional and supportive learning experience. Unfortunately, this has not been the case.
Firstly, I have found the quality of teaching to be below an acceptable standard. The lessons often lack structure, and the teacher frequently fails to explain key grammar points clearly. In addition, there is very little opportunity for students to practise speaking, which is a crucial part of language learning. As a result, I do not feel that I am making any significant progress.
Secondly, the classroom environment is not conducive to learning. The room is often overcrowded and poorly ventilated, making it uncomfortable to concentrate during lessons. Furthermore, the teaching materials provided are outdated and insufficient for effective study.
In order to resolve these issues, I would appreciate it if you could review the quality of teaching staff and consider providing additional training where necessary. I would also suggest reducing class sizes and improving classroom facilities to create a more suitable learning environment.
I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to these matters.
Yours faithfully,
[Your Name]
