Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my distatisfaction about the quality of the teaching and the classroom environment at your language school.

My name is HHL. I have been enrolling in your school for the past 4 months, and I faced many problems.

Firstly, the teaching quality is not very good. The teacher which I attending in his class, he is always on his phone. In addition, from my perspective, I think he only teach students how to pass the unit as soon as possible rather than sharing his knowledge about the unit. As a result, I am still pass the exam but I really does not understand much about the unit. Secondly, classroom facilities has been downgraded. For example, there are many broken air conditioner and poor internet connection. Therefore, I was not feeling comfortable when I was in classroom and I could not concetrate when learning.

I would appreciate if you could improve your teaching quality and repair or upgrade classroom facilities. I think this would help a lot in student’s learning and for the school image. Also, if possible, I would like to ask for a refund on the remain term as I still have 3 more months enroll in the school.
