I am writing this email to kindly ask for the refund for the furniture I brought from you store couple week.
Firstly, The decided to buy a sofa for my new appartment I had move in and I had require to delivery by last week. The furniture suppose to arrive on Wenesday but the delivery is was delay. You delivery team keep postpose the drop of date twice till Monday this week.
Furthermore, during the move period one of your staff member accidently drop the sofa on the ground while they try to walk through the hallway. Once they moving it into the right spot and unpack the cover, It was damaged on the edge of the sofa and the colour was not correctly as it one I pick.
This caused inconvenience, as I could not use the product and the time I loss. It dit not meet my expectations.
I would appreciate it if you could provide a replacement or full refund to resolve this issue. I believe that would be fair solution cosideration the condition of the product.
