Dear Manager, I am writing to you to express my displeasure during my stay in your esteemed motel. My name is Trizah Mark, I booked and checked in your hotel from 12th to 17th May, 2026. Regrettably, the Hotel did not meet my expectatioins as it is advertised online.
Firstly, the receptionist was not welcoming. She stayed glued to her phone the entire time of registration and due to that, I chose a room without an air conditioner. Secondly, the bedroom lacked a mosquito net. I tried to request for one, but the floor attendant did not heed to my cries this met me take antmalaria tablets to me safe. Lastly, dinner was always served late which made me miss meals occasionally since I am used to sleeping early.
Due to the aforementioned grievances, I lacked peace of mind which hindered my productivity in the conference and exhaustion from staying up till late waiting for meals. I request the management to cut short the cost of my stay since it did not meet my disires. Alternatively, you can offer me a waiver on my next visit provided you look into the issues that challenged my stay there.
