I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to bring attention to a very curial matter during my honeymoon stay at your hotel “THE PARK”. The room 201 was booked for three days from Monday,june1,2026 to wednesday, june 3, 2026. I trusted your organization, as your google review showed a six star, but after my stay it seems as if it is fake. The room floors were dirty, bed was in vulnerable state, bed sheets were smelly, and most importantly I chose to pay extra for the room view but all in vain, I was fooled because it didn’t even had a window; whereas, I was promised a premium stay with marvelous mountine view from the balcony. I request, to kindly refund my money cause I had to move out of the place the very next morning as I didn’t intented to ruin the most precious time of my life. Looking forward for an immediate action from your side.
