I am writing to express my gratitude for the pleasant stay I had at your hotel during my business trip. I was over the moon in this trip, your staffs are so friendly and the facilities are up to consumers needs and overall it meet with my expectations.
However, I would like to bring to your attention one issue I have encountered. The WiFi connection in my room is too slow especially during evening. As I have to attend office related meetings and sending documents, the frequent inconvenience of the internet delay the works.
To improve this aspects for future guest I would suggest you upgrading the WiFi or internet system or increasing the number of routers at each corner. It would greatly benefit the business traveller who rely on internet system.
